"I actually had a major issue and didn't kno what I was going 2 do. Well I finally convinced myself that calling insurance company would be the right thing 2 do.Well I honestly thought I was going 2 get awful news from state farm, but when I called Ms. Heather was the one who answered the phone and took my call. She's always so sweet, but she reminds professional. Anyway I totally forgot 2 pay our car insurance, thought we were going 2 have coverage lapse and my fiance is on sr22 so nothing good was going 2 happen. I explained my situation with Heather, and she called n got our insurance due dates n extension options. Because she worked so fast n so hard we were able 2 get in the clear until the 26th. I'm just totally amazed with ur entire office, I feel like the staff in the lexington office needs a free lunch. It doesn't matter who answers the phone there, every1 is pleasant. Special thanks 2 Heather for helping me with the extension.U all deserve a lunch and pats on the back. Wonderful experience every time I go there!!!"
